Positive: Guest relation service is very helpfull and quite friendly, always replies fast on any questions . Staff is ok. The variety of food is ok. The territorry and location of the hotel is pretty good. The kids club is pretty good. Guest relation gifted us a dinner in la carta restaurant. Thanks) Evening shows are the best, comparing other hotels shows in Antalya where we had a chance to visit ( more than 20 hotels). Kids club, kids club personnel s and kids show are pretty good.
Negative: The room was a bit tired and had lhigh level of humidity. The bedding and clothing were always wet. Its not standard room of 5 star hotel for sure, 3 stars max. The cleaning service was very light to eliminate all dirt, so sand and rock n the shower and balcony were always with us. It was uncomfortable to walk at the balcony as sand sticked to the feet. The space in the wardrobe is ocupied with safebox and there is no room to keep clothing even for 1 person. One day me and my wife feeled something wrong in the stomach after restaurant.

Positive: Staff and team were friendly, attentive and helpful Hotel and restaurant design and construction. Even though the main restaurant was large and hosted many people it felt smaller, and and accoustics allowed one to talk and hear others eaisly and comfortably. This is unusual and quite nice. Food was excellent!
